ARGOS SURFACE TECHNOLOGIES CONSOLIDATES WITH A NEW IMPORTANT ACQUISITION

Argos Surface Technologies has finalized the total acquisition of TEC.RI.MET Srl, a company based in Calcio (Bergamo), leader in  high phosphorus chemical nickel plating with silicon carbide and PTFE composites.

Thanks to thirty years of experience and systems equipped with the most advanced technologies, TEC.RI.MET Srl is able to guarantee quality at the highest levels, confronting the most important companies in the sector.

The agreement was reached with Silvano and Giuseppe Locatelli, founders of the company. Silvano and Giuseppe are acknowledged by the market for their proven experience and expertise in the sector.

Silvano and Giuseppe Locatelli have also been confirmed at the helm of the company, ensuring continuity in the quality and level of service, and remain the contact persons for every need and requirement.

With the acquisition of TEC.RI.MET Srl, Argos Surface Technologies is consolidated as the largest Italian operator in the sector.
The operation represents the continuation of a consolidation project of the treatments market undertaken in the summer of 2020 with the integration of Argos S.p.A., Argos Anodizing and Argos Impreglon and the birth of the Argos Surface Technologies group, which in 2021 added Argos TSM and Argos Lualma.

The operation will further strengthen the quality of services and the territorial capillarity of the Group in surface treatments such as chemical nickel plating, hard and aesthetic anodic oxidation, polymer and thermal spray coatings.
