Career
Established in 2009, Gradiente is a leading independent investment firm focused on long term private equity investments in Italian SMEs companies.
Gradiente identifies and supports Italian niche players operating in sectors with growth potential, or representing a consolidation platform for the aggregation with other companies.
Gradiente is looking for a qualified Analyst with at least one year of experience in Private Equity, M&A / Corporate Finance to strengthen its team in Padua.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies;
- Build financial models and scenario analysis of companies’ business plans;
- Draft reports to investors and participate in the monitoring of existing investments;
- Support senior team members in structuring and executing financing & legal documentation and deal negotiations;
- Exposure to advisor teams involved in different phases of the execution process.
Qualifications
- Economics, Finance or Engineering degree;
- 1 year of experience developed within Private Equity, M&A / Corporate Finance leading firms or boutiques, Consulting or Transaction Services firms;
- Ability to quickly understand the business: market, competitors, business or technology challenges, as well as risks;
- Technical skills including financial modelling and financial evaluation;
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point;
- Language: fluency in English (written and oral), a further language is a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A team player, reliable and organized, sharp on details.
